Template notice on the use of artificial intelligence for professionals

1. What it is for
1.1. Art. 13(2) of Legge n. 132/2025 (the Italian law on artificial intelligence) requires anyone who practises an intellectual profession to give the client information on the artificial intelligence systems they use, in clear, simple and comprehensive language.
1.2. Section 3 is a text to adapt for this communication. We make it available to Socializza customers. The obligation remains yours, and the text discharges it only if it fully describes how you use artificial intelligence.
2. How to fill it in
- Replace every text in square brackets.
- List in the table every artificial intelligence system you use in the professional service, one row per system, including those you do not connect to Socializza.
- In the column "Client data entered", state which client data you enter into each system, for example documents, names or accounting data. If you enter none, write "none".
- The paragraph "Our social accounts" is optional, because Art. 13 does not require it. Remove it if you do not connect agents to your accounts through Socializza or if you do not want to mention it.
- Adapt the register to the way you write to your clients.
3. The text

Who remains responsible
