The AI label strings

The label of AI Act Art. 50(4) and (5), readable without a tap at first exposure (docs/specs/05-compliance-bindings.md section 3). IT is the source, fixed by the lawyer on #451; the other four translate it, each participle agreeing with its own language's noun (IT "video" is masculine, FR "vidéo" feminine). Drafts until the item-20 pass, like the rest of docs/legal/.
